What is Luvvy?
Luvvy is a relationship wellbeing app that gives couples small, science-backed daily exercises, playful quizzes and activity ideas to help you stay connected and keep growing together.
Do both partners need the app?
You can start on your own, but Luvvy is best experienced together. Many features, like shared activities and comparing quiz answers, come alive when both of you are on board.
Is Luvvy free?
Luvvy has a free core experience, with an optional subscription that unlocks the full library of quizzes, activities and guidance. You can explore plenty without paying.
Is Luvvy a replacement for therapy?
No. Luvvy offers general wellbeing and educational content and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your relationship is nobody else's business. We keep your data private, never sell it, and only share it with the service providers needed to run the app. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
What are Dailies and Activities?
Dailies are three small, doable suggestions each day that nudge you toward connection and adapt to your love styles over time. Activities are hundreds of date ideas and two-player challenges you can browse, save and plan together.
Which devices does Luvvy support?
Luvvy is available on iOS and Android, and this website works in any modern browser.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, wherever you signed up. You can cancel anytime from your store account settings.
How do I delete my account?
Account delete procedure
In order to delete your Luvvy account you will have to use the "Delete account" button located on the profile page in the Luvvy application.
Once you delete your account we remove your personally identifiable information from Luvvy and any connection between the account you used to log in to Luvvy.
Retained data
After deleting your account we automatically delete your personal information from our database. However we retain the following data:
- Your answers to quizzes and questionnaires
- The results of quizzes and questionnaires based on your answers
- Historical data about your usage of Luvvy features and content
After deleting your account the data that we retain is not linked to you in any way.
